The Poor Rating Appeal process allows staff members to request a review of the customer interaction(s) that resulted in the poor rating.  The Poor Rating Appeal process is unrelated to the Conversion process.

DOB Divisions/Programs/Staff should follow the conversion process in keeping with their SOP whether or not there an appeal is submitted or the staff member intends to submit an appeal.
