The Appeal Process shall not be used to request poor customer service ratings conversion to a higher rating (Satisfactory or Excellent rating); or to appeal poor customer service ratings received as a result of premature case closure i.e., DOB staff hitting “done” in Kustomer prior to fully addressing the customer’s inquiry.
