Phase One re-opening info: [https://coronavirus.dc.gov/phaseone](https://coronavirus.dc.gov/phaseone), and I wanted to make sure everyone here had it.  As of Friday, certain restrictions for businesses are lifted, as are some provisions of the Stay At Home Order.

There are a few changes that are particularly important for the work that we’ve been doing.  For instance, nonessential retail businesses may open to customers for:

1.  Outdoor pickup by customers of items ordered online or over the phone;
2.  Delivery of items ordered online or over the phone;
3. Indoor shopping and indoor pickup of items continues to be prohibited at nonessential retail businesses; and
4. Minimum Basic Operations of nonessential retail businesses may continue.

Also, barbershops and hair salons may begin to reopen under strict conditions, and outdoor restaurant dining may begin under specific conditions as well.  Farmers market operations may expand a bit, and DPR will be permitted to open some facilities like parks and tennis courts.

We’ll get everyone an updated guidance document on this Order ASAP, but I wanted to put it on everyone’s radar since Friday is right around the corner!  In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with the order itself and share with your teams:  [https://coronavirus.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/coronavirus/page\_content/attachments/MO2020-067.pdf](https://coronavirus.dc.gov/sites/default/files/dc/sites/coronavirus/page_content/attachments/MO2020-067.pdf)
