Forward the email from Outlook to Kustomer, by selecting forward and sending the email to [support@dob.mail.kustomerapp.com](mailto:support@dob.mail.kustomerapp.com). Once the email Kustomer receives the message, you can respond to the external customer from within Kustomer.
