1.  To make a payment online, if you do not already have a [DCRA user account](https://acaprod9.dcra.dc.gov/CitizenAccess/Default.aspx), please create an account.
2.  Once you have successfully logged in, enter your permit number in the search field, select the permit number, Add the Fees to your cart.
3.  Check your cart at the top of the page and you will see the pending payment
4.  Proceed by selecting Checkout
