1.  How do I make a payment for my permit online once ready for issuance if it is not within my records?
    1.  Create a [DCRA User account](https://acaprod9.dcra.dc.gov/CitizenAccess/Default.aspx?culture=en-US "https://acaprod9.dcra.dc.gov/citizenaccess/default.aspx?culture=en-us") 
        1.  If you already have an account, log in. 
    2.  Type the permit number in the search field and press enter 
    3.  Select “Add Fees to Cart” 
    4.  Go to your cart at the top of page 
    5.  Select “Check Out” to pay the fees
        1.  Credit card payments only
