Kustomer is only compatible with the Google Chrome browser. 

  

## Internet Explorer

If clicking on the blue _Sign Up_ button in the invitation you to Kustomer that you received in Outlook opens unto a blank **_Internet Explorer_** page:

*   Copy the URL from the **Internet Explorer** browser address bar.
*   Open the **Google Chrome** browser
*   Paste the URL to the **Google Chrome** address bar and hit _Enter._
*   Create a new password.
